Plant essences, also known as flower remedies, are a form of vibrational medicine that aims to enhance emotional and psychological well-being. Brought into mainstream awareness by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 20th century, these remedies are used by many people who find they promote a sense of well-being by addressing underlying emotional states.
Each flower essence is associated with a specific emotion or state of mind, such as anxiety, stress, fear, or sadness. These essences are thought to work by transferring the vibrational energy of the flower into the user, helping to restore emotional harmony.
I harvest plant material for these plant essences according to season and lunar and astrological transits. I also pay attention to a plant’s interrelationship with landscape and plants or objects around it.
Working with Plant Essences
To use:
Place a couple of drops under the tongue
Add a couple of drops to water and sip
Add to food
Place some on the back of your hand and then dab your finger in it to then anoint chakras and pulse points
Place in a basin of water for handwashing
INGREDIENTS: Aqua, plant essences as listed above, Grape alcohol.
If you wish to avoid the alcohol (which acts as a preservative) add the drops to very hot water and the alcohol will evaporate.
They do not contraindicate with other medicines
