Love and Resilience Elixir SOLD OUT

Plant essences are a beautiful form of vibrational medicine. You may be familiar with Bach Flowers and Rescue Remedy. My plant essences are the same form of therapy.

In February 2023, one week on from the region I live in being devastated by Cycle Gabrielle, I made this flower essence blend called Love & Resilience. It is made from plants growing organically in my garden, that have experienced and survived this cyclone.

I have selected them for their ability to help with stress, anxiety, remembrance, love, and how we digest life.

This elixir contains energetic extracts of:

• Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) - the lion-hearted

• Silver Birch (Betula alba) - Lady of the woods

• Calendula (Calendula officinalis) - Digest all that life throws at us

• Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) - Remembrance

• Sage (Salvia officinalis) - The healer

• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) - Wash away worry & fear

• Rose (Rosa damascena) - Beauty in life

• Hebe (Veronica speciosa) - This land will heal

• Marshmallow (Althea officinalis) - soothing safe passage

• Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) - Bend and flex

• Basil (Ocimum basilicum) - Light through tears

• Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) - Flexibility under pressure

• Aquilegia (Aquilegia vulgaris) - Gentleness of the dove, strength of the hawk

• Kowhai (Sophora microphylla) – Holding space

It may seem like a lot of plants and it probably is but as I started to gather a few flowers and leaves from various plants in the garden, others started saying ‘me too!’. Their resilience through this trauma is a gift they are offering us too. We are all in this together.

To use:

• Place a couple of drops under the tongue

• Add a couple of drops to water and sip

• Add to food

• Place some on the back of your hand and then dab your finger in it to then anoint chakras and pulse points

• Place in a basin of water for handwashing

INGREDIENTS: Aqua, plant essences as listed above, Grape alcohol.

If you wish to avoid the alcohol (which acts as a preservative) add the drops to very hot water and the alcohol will evaporate.
